Delivery Time

EU: 3–7 working days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly shown during the ordering process.
Depending on the order value or ongoing promotions, free shipping may be offered.
Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out via our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, UPS, or similar providers).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.
Delivery Delays

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
Returns are only possible if the product is unopened and the original seal is intact.
As this is a food supplement, opened products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping

Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
