2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order through an order confirmation sent via email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Shipping costs may be charged in addition to the stated prices.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is stated in the respective product offer.
If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.
5. Payment

The recommended intake must not be exceeded.

The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time
No minimum term applies
Management is carried out via your customer account.
12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
